The ‘Flute’ vase from our ‘MOON’ collection is a beautifully handcrafted piece created using the slip casting technique. The interior is glazed for practicality, while the exterior remains unglazed with a satin matte finish, showcasing a self-designed black relief pattern.
The intricate decoration is achieved through the shellac technique, adding a unique texture and depth to the vase’s surface.
Fired twice in an electric kiln—first at 950°C (bisque firing) and then at 1270°C (glaze firing)—this high-temperature process ensures the porcelain’s exceptional strength and durability.
At JHA PORCELAIN, we use only the highest quality porcelain clay, celebrated for its strength, hardness, pristine whiteness, and delicate translucency. Tiny imperfections and slight variations are a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship, making each vase truly one of a kind.
