discarded’ pieces of marble are stored with great care and then used to give them a second life. This is the case with the Sinfonia object where it is made from discarded pieces of marble from old productions. Starting with a piece of marble, we cut it using state-of-the-art machinery whose waste of both energy and water is reduced to a minimum, then the two pieces are glued together and a shaped mirror is inserted inside, also cut using state-of-the-art machinery with low impact on the environment. The interesting thing is that the mirror glass is extractable, it is not one with the marble, in case it is thrown away, the two materials, marble and mirror glass, can be easily separated and therefore collected separately.
