HOW TO PREPARE: Immerse one tea bag in a cup of hot water (90-95°C) and let it steep for at least 10 minutes, covering the cup to preserve the aromas. Enjoy hot or cold, plain or with honey. For cold preparation, pour fresh water into a glass or bottle, add a tea bag, and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Also excellent in cooking as a base for risottos and other first courses.
