Risolì was founded in Lumezzane in the early 1960s. Alfredo Montini founded the company with the aim of creating a space and a reputation in the market for high quality kitchen utensils, and for this reason cast iron pans were replaced with avant-garde cooking tools, made of high quality materials and non-stick and scratch-resistant coatings. Over time, passion and craftsmanship for every single detail have allowed us to create handy and design products, using innovative techniques and ensuring natural cooking that enhances the palatability and taste of dishes.

Why it is in The Green Circle

The development and incorporation of the water-based, inert, and inorganic GreenStone non-stick surface technology in Risolì’s pots make these products an essential alternative in choosing cookware for home use. The sustainability benefits are numerous: healthy food preparation, less impactful materials in the production process, long durability, and more excellent heat conductivity, which allows for much shorter cooking times but also less energy waste in cooking and less water use for cleaning.
