The pescera is innovative thanks to the recycled and recyclable die-cast aluminium it has been possible to melt it at different thicknesses as well as to develop a special aroma-saving honeycomb bottom that will respect the organoleptic properties of the food by sealing it to the food. Ideal for cooking fish in its many variations, but also for fillets, pig’s trotter or cotechino. Suitable for cooking in the oven, but also gas, electric and bbq (no induction). The Risolì® oval fish dish will enhance the flavours for healthy and light cooking, environmentally friendly and in line with current health food disciplines. Thickness 6 mm. Measurements 46×26.5 cm.
