Brodo Mio is a vegetable broth in a tea bag that brews like an herbal tea. It can be enjoyed as is, with a pinch of salt, or used as a base for risottos and other dishes. It’s healthy, natural, ready in just 10 minutes, and made exclusively from organic vegetables grown and processed in Italy and dried at low temperatures.

INGREDIENTS: Carrot, celery, onion, leek, tomato, and celeriac from Italian organic farming.
Free from added salt, MSG, additives, preservatives, and artificial colors, it’s also suitable for vegan or gluten-free diets.
HOW TO PREPARE: Place 1 Brodo Mio tea bag in 700-1000 ml of cold water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, preferably with a lid to preserve all the vegetable aromas. Serve or use as a base for soups, stews, risottos, etc. To enhance sauces, braised meats, or roasts, add 1 bag during cooking. After cooking, the natural fabric bag can be opened to add the vegetables directly to your dish.
