The inspiration for this vase came from wanting to represent the thousand shades of the sea of the Amalfi Coast. The technique used is the oldest ceramic technique, the Colombino, which gives the piece produced a unique and unrepeatable shape, and an enormous added value. Glazing is done by selecting over 20 different types of crystalline ceramics in shades of green, which are then poured onto the vase itself and crystallised during firing at over 1000 degrees C.
