Descriptions

The raised incense burner draws inspiration from the large marble bowls used during Roman banquets to burn incense, essential oils, and dried herbs. This design was revived in the late 18th century during the Empire style period, a time when many classical forms of imperial-era tableware were reimagined as decorative objects.

Collebi’s Marialuigia collection presents this exquisite piece in second-fired glazed white ceramic, in the color Eliodoro – a soft pastel yellow. Ideal as a decorative element, it can also serve as a flower holder, for floral arrangements, or as an elegant fruit bowl.
