Descriptions
A fresh goat’s cheese, similar to Brie, with a soft, creamy texture and a snow-moulded rind, made only from goat’s milk. It is considered a fresh cheese, as it is only matured for 15 days. Excellent as an accompaniment to grilled vegetables or in combination with citrus preserves.
