Descriptions
We have selected for you a prosciutto crudo made from the legs of pigs bred exclusively in our municipality of Cormons. The animals are slaughtered in Friuli, processed and matured between Ragogna and San Daniele del Friuli to favour the best refinement. This is a sweet ham matured over 24 months.
