Descriptions
Ossa is a collection of artistic ceramics inspired by seed boxes, the protective capsules that hold the seeds of plants. These wooden casings symbolically resemble the hard parts of our bodies: bones. They serve as protective shells for the vital essence of plants.
In nature, there is an incredible variety of capsule shapes, which has captured my attention. Some ceramics in the Ossa collection are stylistically closer to the botanical forms that inspire them, while others evoke organic shapes, transforming into abstract structures.
What unites them all is a single purpose: to celebrate life in its countless manifestations.
